The decor of the establishment will astonish you, the mix of materials and colors is surprising but very pleasant: gray walls on one side with two grandiose decorations in red tones; opposite, red walls with light fixtures set on enormous gray supports. From the moment you enter, you won't be able to ignore that the establishment is under the sign of color, class and chic. The tables are meticulously prepared, and let it be said: this is a gourmet restaurant that's up to scratch on every level. Its cuisine offers the finest gastronomy with the most perfect combinations of dishes. Whatever your desires, you'll feel right at home in this luxurious, designer setting. If you can only afford the first course, don't worry, it's perfect. The chef also knows how to be daring and not content with the status quo, as evidenced by his langoustine ravioli cooked in their own juices, undressed Burgundy snails with parsley cream or his young wild boar back with coteau-du-loir. Another menu offers a salad of fois gras with a slice of raw cep mushroom, carpaccio of scallops from the Bay of Saint-Brieuc, or for the main course, a local hare stuffed à la royale!
