Located next to the Gémerie leisure centre and at the exit of Le Mans on the road to Angers (and not far from the 24 Hours circuit), this establishment is not only practical but also friendly. As far as the view is concerned, it is not overwhelming. You'll stay hungry for a while. But the rooms are modern, with duvet and flat screen. And anyway, do you spend your days in a hotel? The latter also rents rooms for 20 to 25 people equipped with overhead projectors and flipcharts. The Cottage is also a restaurant open 7 days a week, lunch and dinner with a menu at 14.5 € during the week. An address to remember then but don't risk it to book a room during the famous car races (or do it well in advance): it's full!
