ROUTE DE LA VIANDE BOVINE
Starting from the cultural hall of Jauzé, this tourist route offers a 13 km circuit. The breeders of the Pays du Perche Sarthois invite you to discover their cattle herds. No less than seven meat breeds are represented along the route. From the local breed, the Saosnoise, to the ambassador breeds of other regions such as the Salers and the Parthenaise, the breeders share their passion with you. For the quality of their meat, we like Charolais, Limousines, Meadow Reds, Saosnoises, Parthenaises, Salers not to mention the blondes from Aquitaine. A brochure is dedicated to this tour, which can be obtained at tourist offices or downloaded from the Internet. A signposted "Beef and veal route", ideal for cycling.
