MUSÉE DU POINT DE BEAUVAIS
Museum exhibiting a remarkable fresco embroidered in Beauvais stitch tracing the life of the city from 50 BC to 1450 AD.
The embroidery stitch Beauvais is an integral part of the heritage of the town. The museum open to all exhibits a fresco of 12 meters embroidered in Beauvais stitch recounting the life of the city from 50 BC to 1450 AD but also ecclesiastical vestments, paintings, linen and embroidered clothing. Every year in May, the association organizes the embroidery meetings. Embroidery courses are regularly offered. Interesting.
