DOMAINE DE BEL AIR
Bistronomic dining on an estate, with seasonal produce prepared with refinement and precision by the chef.
The Domaine de Bel Air in Cérans-Foulletourte, just 20 minutes from Le Mans and its racetrack, is home not only to a charming 24-room hotel, but also to a gourmet restaurant, Les Tables de la Fontaine. The restaurant occupies the first floor of a 19th-century manor house set in 20 hectares of wooded parkland. Chef Olivier Dabet likes to tease the taste buds with seasonal produce, worked and prepared with refinement and precision. Great art in presentation, flavors and textures. His menus are as many nods to the Fables of La Fontaine: the Cicada and the Ant, the Raven and the Fox, the Wolf and the Lamb...
