Facing the bay, Cidrerie Ispeguy makes it a point of honor to offer local products cooked the authentic way. Tuna loin, beef cheek with cider, chipirons a la plancha - everything is fresh, grilled and concocted in the large open kitchens. Venue avec ma maman et mon bébé nous avons pris les chipirons en persillade, la crème brûlée et le coulant au chocolat, nous nous sommes régalées!
Tout était frais et très bien cuisiné, jusqu'à la mayonnaise maison. Je recommande vivement ????

Une très bonne expérience culinaire ! Nous nous sommes arrêtés là pour le déjeuner lors d’une visite de la région. La soupe de poisson était savoureuse, le risotto aux gambas était crémeux et délicieux, et le fondant chocolat était tout simplement parfait. Le service était attentif et chaleureux, ajoutant à l'ambiance agréable du lieu. Je recommande vivement ce restaurant à tous les amateurs de bonne cuisine et d'atmosphère conviviale. Un vrai régal pour les papilles !
