Facing the bay, Cidrerie Ispeguy makes it a point of honor to offer local products cooked the authentic way. Tuna loin, beef cheek with cider, chipirons a la plancha - everything is fresh, grilled and concocted in the large open kitchens. It's worth noting that there aren't many cider houses in Iparralde with the atmosphere found at Hegoalde: large wooden tables, traditional decor, simple but tasty menus... An address where conviviality rhymes with quality.

Ich habe jetzt mal die niedrigste Bewertung gegeben, weil der Besitzer offenbar keine Ausländer mag. Obwohl ausreichend Tische frei waren, fragte er uns nach der Reservierung - die wir an einem Dienstag im Oktober nicht hatten - und teilte uns mit, dass wir dann leider nicht dort essen könnten.
