When discovering the Bay of Ciboure, it's hard to miss the Socoa fort. This "guardian of the cities" was built under Louis XIII, reinforced by Vauban, and houses a small fishing port, as well as several restaurants. Continuing along the jetty towards the fort, you'll discover a small establishment hidden beneath the arcades: Socowa. Here, you'll find a menu with marine influences, with generous, tasty dishes such as artisanal cod croquettes, marinated anchovies (boquerones), Gallega octopus...
