Arrantzaleak is the den of Ramuntxo, the owner of this "fish inn", which immediately demonstrates its desire to bring the ocean to life, from the marine decor to the plate on the banks of the Nivelle. La réputation "d'institution" de cet établissement est amplement méritée! Voilà des garçons qui savent faire griller du poisson! Et en cuisine, on sait les sublimer dans les assiettes avec toutes sortes d'ingrédients pour faire frémir les papilles sans dénaturer le produit. Et les desserts sont aussi à la hauteur ! Service adorable et efficace. Vue sur la Nouvelle magnifique!
