Café O Garra, a true institution in Ciboure, is known to locals for its large terrace facing the marina and open all year round. Sometimes covered or illuminated by the sun, this esplanade overlooking the market is crowded. And it is sometimes difficult to find a table to enjoy it so much the place is appreciated and visited! The "Garra" is the place where the people of Cibouriens and Cibouriennes live, and is the ideal place to have a coffee, tea or aperitif in the evening. For lunch, simple, good and cheap dishes are prepared by Chef Manu.
