LES VERGERS DU PÈRE ERNEST
This is an old-fashioned cider house on three levels. The company has been in Dollon for a century. In fact, the first apples were pressed here in 1918. Jean-Louis Legret, who has been running the cider house since 1992, was keen to continue production in the authentic setting. You can stock up on sweet and brut ciders, apple juice, cider vinegar and cider jelly (delicious with foie gras, of course). Cider is sold in bottles but not only. We like, above all, to sell it in bulk, at the source, so to speak... Very practical. Bring your gourd, your bottle or your cask, it depends !
