CENTRE ZEN DU MOULIN DE VAUX

This renovated old mill encourages relaxation: the place hosts workshops for yoga, Zen, meditation, Qi Gong and music. With its Zen garden of good size, the place changes from the ordinary. The gîte is located next to the house of Gilles Poulain, the owner, and is built on a wooded lot on the waterfront. The gîte, a furnished house with 7 bedrooms and 7 shower rooms and wc includes a washing machine, ironing board and iron among others. Sheets are provided and firewood as well. The rooms, decorated with simplicity, are designed for 2 people for the 20 places. Before an evening in front of the big fireplace, you will prepare your meals in the semi-professional kitchen and in fine weather you can take them on the terrace with arbour. And in the evening, you can relax and enjoy a concert at the nearby Sainte-Cécile Chapel.
