A gastronomic and very refined address. You can enjoy a delicious cuisine with quality wines. On the autumn menu, for example: creamy risotto with chanterelle mushrooms, poached egg or Iberian lomo with parmesan crumble or salmon carpaccio marinated in fresh herbs, espuma with turmeric, followed by a roast duck breast, gratin dauphinois and ratatouille or a shrimp ravioli, brunoise of old vegetables, light carcass or scallop cassolette, leek fondue, basmati rice. And to finish: a plate of passion fruit sorbets, lime, kiwi, raspberry or fine Belchard minute apple tart, iced custard or lukewarm Ecuadorian Guayaquil chocolate sabayon, mocha ice cream quenelle or Williams pear gratin, red rhubarb in lukewarm sabayon.

toujours un plaisir de venir déguster, le foie gras maison, et le ris de veau.... Propreté irréprochable, les patrons sont très sympathiques, et très professionnels, une adresse à recommander les yeux fermés !
