This is one of the best restaurants in the Perche Sarthois region. Mr. and Mrs. Guimier, outstanding professionals - he in the kitchen, she in the dining room - achieve a flawless performance. The flavors and presentation of the plates, the decor of the dining room, Madame's smile and delicacy, the exceptional wine list, all contribute to a successful meal and a moment of true pleasure. Here, even the peppers are chosen with conviction and care. Examples of the chef's dishes: veal pavé, Mont Ventoux small spelt risotto with dried porcini mushrooms and black garlic, Challans duck (Burgaud family) or veal sweetbreads, crusted mushrooms and celery purée with hazelnut oil, Kampot red pepper jus. As for the amuse-bouches, they're always perfect and surprising.
