It's not to say that we eat well at the Moulin des Quatre Saisons, a Michelin star restaurant. The chef, Camille Constantin, was trained in particular by Joël Robuchon and obviously the teacher's teachings have made it possible to create a real talent! The frame is ready for the taste of the papillae: a xvie century windmill in the middle of the Loir - the terrace on the river! -the reception and service are those of a large table, like the wine list which is the reserved area of Caroline, the wife of Camille. The kitchen, of course, follows the seasons. Delicate flavors and fine dishes are always found with the Rossini half-pigeon and the juice in truffle juice or the sole filets, lasagna and truffles with champagne sauce. An unavoidable address!

Belle journée Camille Constantin
Wine list is very extensive/expensive.
Can't fault the service, very friendly and attentive.
