Lunch Chez Josiane has a traditional cuisine directly at its source, in the heart of vineyards. Situated on the road to Crouseilles, in the middle of the vineyards between the castles and cellars of the Madiran, this restaurant is a pleasant stopover where to rest: A large classic room with a decoration on the rose on the walls, on the tablecloth and towels. The rich day menu follows the order of the old menus: soup, eloquence, starters, meat of the day, vegetables, salad, dessert, coffee and wine. All understood! Grilled conflict, garbure, duck magret… A meal that has a taste of authentic taste with its local flavours!
