If you want to add a competitive dimension to your personal training, it seems to be the perfect opportunity! Tariff: 5 €, or 8 € on site.

Distance: 5 km and 10 km.

Difficulty: easy to average.

Rendez-vous: park of the Lude castle. Departures at 14 am and 15 pm.

Other practical information: any non-licensee shall have a medical certificate indicating the absence of a contraindication to the practice of the race on foot.
