I was served by a gentleman with long hair and great fashion sense! I had a great experience all round. I came with little knowledge, and was put at ease instantly. His English was brilliant and helped a lot. It was all very reassuring. He presented many options for what I wanted, and I left very satisfied and excited for the product.
