We don't think enough about this parking lot in downtown. Instead of walking in circles to find a parking space on the surface, use one of the 240 seats, you will have only 100 m to walk (a small coastline, it is true) to reach the Place of the Republic. Access to pedestrians is guaranteed 24 hours per day. Those who plan to shop at ED (located just above) enjoy 30 free minutes. Be aware that Gallo-Roman remains were (also) discovered during the work of this parking.
