Located between the Congress Centre and the city centre, this street is located from the top of the National Street to the right. It has a few free squares, in its second half, the Palais des Congrès. It is sometimes possible to find places on the perpendicular streets, but they are rare. So you have to run a while before finding a location. But who knows, you may have luck…
