Smiles, efficiency and kindness are the order of the day with this team in the kitchen. We like to observe them, behind the bar-counter. We drink chouchen (3,80€), while they prepare our galette: the complete classic (at 6,20€) or sweet and sour, the goat and bacon smoked with nuts and honey (and some salad leaves). For dessert, you also have a very large choice of pancakes. We cracked on the caramel crepe with fleur de sel... But if you prefer flambéed pancakes (crêpe Suzette 7.55 €) or iced pancakes? No problem! No problem! The bottle of Poiré cider is €9 for 75 cl organic. To test the hot cider rum-cinnamon-honey (5,10 €), to finish the meal like a good Breton. The establishment is very warm, with exposed beams, paintings on the theme of the sea and blue lamps. The basement room, with a fireplace and a virtual fire, is open in case of crowds. The toilets are located at the bottom, it should be noted that they are inaccessible to people with reduced mobility.
