LEBANON
On the enseigne, a green cedar on a white background adorned with two horizontal red bands, Lebanon is a new fast-food specialized in Lebanese cuisine.
On the thumb? Roulé roulé, topped with beef, chicken or falafels (excellent), accompanied by well-seasoned raw vegetables, all accompanied by homemade sauce: simple and tasty. We avoid ketchup, mayonnaise and other "white sauce" hydrogenated by the historical salad-tomato-onion salad to the dubious meat and eat cinnamon, sumac and sesame scents.
On the plate? Moutabal, Hummus, Lebanese tabbouleh, let you try these healthy and for specialties by composing your small improvised mezzé. The fattouche (salad composed among others of radish, cucumbers, peppers and fried bread) is at the top!
