Mauritian restaurant in Vieux Mans where you must try the flavours of Mine Bouille Poulet and Mine Frite
Opened in 2022, this restaurant specializing in Mauritian cuisine welcomes you to the heart of Vieux Mans in a relaxed, family atmosphere. In the kitchen, Chef Shanesh prepares homemade dishes. The menu changes every two months, but a number of flagship dishes remain on the menu (Mine Bouille poulet, Mine Frite, made with rice, sautéed vegetables of the moment, chicken, black mushroom, eggs, shrimp). The menu also offers vegetarian versions.
