Building on its success as a baker, this brand also provides lunch breaks, in a surprisingly neat setting for its location, just a stone's throw from the North Station. The whole store is made of wood, and we eat in front of the bread ovens, in front of which the baker is activated. Sandwiches are also to be taken away, of course. Coffee at €1.15 and tea at €1.65 all day long, on site or to take away. If the fougasse (€3.35) has acquired a solid reputation here, the aperitif string (€1.90) is also popular. To test the linzer tart (1.95 €), a cinnamon shortbread with raspberry seed jam. An Alsatian speciality that has been a great success.

La meilleure boulangerie du Mans. Je passe là bas toute les semaines. Les boulangères et boulangers sont très bon et bien. Je recommande si vous êtes de passage sur Le Mans. De plus les sandwich sont bien garnis et le pris n’est pas chère du tout.

Hier la vendeuse à pris le temps de me faire un sandwich sans porc alors qu'il n'y en avait pas en vitrine et ça ça fait plaisir, en plus j'en avais vraiment besoin pour la pause au travail et ça, ça mérite un commentaire, j'en ai repris un ce matin du coup c'était vraiment très bon. Je suis client régulier dans cette boulangerie et l'accueil ainsi que le service sont toujours agréable et la qualité des produits est irréprochable frais et délicieux.
