Restaurant located below the Plantagenêt City, close to the old door and the golden street, the factory welcomes you in a place of industrial spirit. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Several rooms, one of which can be privatized with a large terrace for sunny days.
On the kitchen side, the map is based on fresh produce worked and processed by the chef and his team. Some specialties including burger (bread made from Viennese flour by the chef and his team) as well as beef tartare and large salads. You have your money!

Au-delà des plats eux-même qui sont faits maison, notre soirée a été largement agrémentée par un personnel professionnel, attentif et disponible malgré un taux de remplissage très important ce soir-là.
À découvrir, d'autant que ce que je lis des autres avis ne correspond pas du tout à nos trois ressentis ; si je puis me permettre un simple conseil de vie : la bonne humeur, ça s' amorce et le fait d'être client n'en dispense pas...
* Escargots de Bourgogne au camembert, escalope de veau à l'italienne et tiramisu ; foie gras, dos de cabillaud et café gourmand ; foie gras, faux-filet et café gourmand (mention au foie gras, plébiscité alors que nous faisons nous-même le notre...).
