Semi-gastronomic restaurant in Vieux Mans
In this refined establishment, decorated in old pink and light grey tones with lounge furniture and large leather seats, gourmet customers will feel right at home! You'll find menus to suit every taste: land (hay-smoked duck breast, pan-fried veal, grilled beef) or sea (hake, monkfish, sea bream, catch of the day). As for desserts, there's a fine and effective mix: 4-chocolate tartlets, a very Sarthe-style apple and cider shortbread dessert, poached pear, suggestion of the day, not to mention a farandole of desserts for the greediest of palates! A cheese platter is also available for savory palates. For vegetarians, there's something for everyone.

The amuse- mouths set the tone, cream carrots bland and large plug way quiche, mini mall adapted spoon. Pan-fried foie gras (liquified) accompanied by a ratatouille bread very soft and grasse. Is the fish, menu (breeding) at the same time very grasse and yet too cooked, watered dubious taste a dash of oil and basil, cuisine? Even shoddy by leek (uninteresting) accompanies by the different dishes. Saint-Honoré is not, moss soft lemon-flavoured declined in rest cabbage, caramel harsh, burnt, inedible, etc... The service is deplorable, everything is designed to fall from the dishes and it works. Only the Meursault (served frozen) holds the road!
I would have loved to level me quality ingredients, contrasting flavours with different thicknesses. Sour, crunchy biscuit, bitter, juice and perfumes, herbs and spices, missing. Quickly quickly forget this dull moment and discover real hats more interested in the taste than stylism.
