Restaurant serving organic food suitable for vegetarians

Set against the medieval backdrop of the old town of Le Mans, you'll enjoy tasty, meticulously prepared dishes, using mostly organic, integrated or sustainable produce. Chef Damien, an artisan chef, favors local producers. The menu caters for all palates, with a choice of two starters: langoustine fricassee or foie gras escalope, and two main courses: rack of pork au sautoir or spice-roasted sea bass fillet. Desserts include the inevitable chocolate moelleux, a fruity mille-feuille, or pan-fried caramelized pineapple slices. Vegetarians will also be delighted!

Celà faisait très longtemps que je n'avais pas mangé dans ce restaurant. La qualité gastronomique a nettement progressé. La cuisine est très raffinée et savoureuse. Le menu végétarien est extraordinaire.
