Restaurant serving organic food suitable for vegetarians

Set against the medieval backdrop of the old town of Le Mans, you'll enjoy tasty, meticulously prepared dishes, using mostly organic, integrated or sustainable produce. Chef Damien, an artisan chef, favors local producers. The menu caters for all palates, with a choice of two starters: langoustine fricassee or foie gras escalope, and two main courses: rack of pork au sautoir or spice-roasted sea bass fillet. Desserts include the inevitable chocolate moelleux, a fruity mille-feuille, or pan-fried caramelized pineapple slices. Vegetarians will also be delighted!

Petit restaurant ou nous avons très bien mangé. C'était très bon, et qualitatifs. Des quantités qui permettent d'apprécier de manger entrée plat dessert sans être avec la sensation du trop mangé, mais on était rassasié tout de même ! Très bonne surprise on ne connaissait pas mais on reviendra !
