Restaurant serving organic food suitable for vegetarians

Set against the medieval backdrop of the old town of Le Mans, you'll enjoy tasty, meticulously prepared dishes, using mostly organic, integrated or sustainable produce. Chef Damien, an artisan chef, favors local producers. The menu caters for all palates, with a choice of two starters: langoustine fricassee or foie gras escalope, and two main courses: rack of pork au sautoir or spice-roasted sea bass fillet. Desserts include the inevitable chocolate moelleux, a fruity mille-feuille, or pan-fried caramelized pineapple slices. Vegetarians will also be delighted!

Lieu pas forcément très moderne. Mais on y mange très bien. Je dirais même que l’on a adoré !!! Tout est fait maison . Le prix est plus que correct pour du gastro.

quoi dire de ce restaurant. je suis très difficile et je peux dire qu on y mange très bien . cuisine faite maison accueil chaleureux malgré la chaleur et le nombre de clients 'je le recommande fortement
