Opened in 2011 by Beaulieu star chef Olivier Boussard, the Reserve is a large bistro (500 m 2) offering traditional market cuisine. The card is reduced to be able to renew with the seasons. Classic dishes, a choice of four salads, three starters, two fish and four meats. Desserts are quite classical too, but makes home and greedy.
The large room opens onto a bar where you can settle in wooden tables. The décor blends modern and baroque design in grey tones with the atmosphere of this chic and casual gourmet bistro. Despite the impressive size and the excitement of the place, we feel at ease. High chairs and chairs are comfortable and warm service.
Auberge, cinema, then concert hall and finally offices, this place steeped in history has preserved its brick and stone walls and eight bronze columns. Situated in the basement, the champagne bar allows you to prolong the evening in one of the two very cosy lounges or simply in the bar in an orange and black atmosphere reminiscent of a famous champagne brand.
