LA CAVE DE LA TRINQUETTE
Faced with a simple, unassuming storefront, we tend not to dare enter. And yet, as we pass by again and again, we can't help but recognize that there's something warm and friendly about the place. And that's exactly what La Cave de la Trinquette does for us! The original layout, with its barrel-shaped tables and high chairs, certainly has a lot to do with it. So if the laughter and good humor finally convince you to come in, you can start your evening by sampling the many flavored wines expertly recommended by the owner (some forty syrups are on offer, including some highly original ones with surprising flavors: ginger, curaçao...). It's easy to understand why they're such regulars, especially given the friendly welcome they receive. Closing early (9 p.m.), this cellar is ideal for a small or large aperitif!
