Through its Children, Youth and Sports department (sports activities), the City of Le Mans offers children and teenagers aged 2 to 15 the chance to try out a range of sporting disciplines. Sessions are run by qualified instructors in local gyms, stadiums and specialized halls. Sessions take place once a week. There's a choice of around 30 team and individual sports: swimming, gymnastics, dance, judo, karate, boxing... There are also activities for toddlers to help them discover the world of sport, including "éveil-gym".
