BICENTENNIAL SQUARE
Park – Garden

The opening of these gardens dates back to 1989. They cut into different plots organized on two levels. The Esplanade of the Bicentenary, on the side of La Verrerie de la Verrerie, becomes the theatre of numerous events in summer (shows, concerts, plays). Below, bordered by the Roman rampart, a greener space adorned with flowers and perennials offers a fantastic panorama of the city and the Vallée valley. This place looks like a small refuge where, faced with a magnificent view, you don't know the whole world for a moment.

The square of the bicentennial is located in the city's overcrowded plantagenian city. It is on two levels and thus offers a beautiful view of part of the city to the university. It is a quiet and pleasant garden located at the top of the Gallo Roman compound.
A small place of peace in the city, perfect for a bit of time, play with friends or family. A small wonderful garden, hidden in the maze of the old town. Not to be missed.
