TANNERY GARDEN
On the other side of the Yssoir Bridge, the view of the City Plantagenet is unbeatable, bears witness to the magnificent surroundings of the rare remains of the Tanneries Enceinte, whose construction was completed in the th century. The old quarter of the old town was demolished and housed in the quays of the XIXe. A colourful column with mosaics, remains of the famous X Bridge (old railway bridge, destroyed in 1944, like the Yssoir Bridge, which has been reconstructed), a throne in the Tanneries garden since 2001, when it was found in the riverbed of the river. The contemporary, very contemporary garden sees its charm accentuated by the presence of willow willows giving it a poetic stamp, inspired by many artists and photographers.
