Pierre Raimbault, aka Pedro, moved into these premises in the heart of the Plantagenet city in 2014. The stone vaults house precious bottles of all origins. More than just a wine cellar, this address has already become a must. Pedro knows the history of each cuvée inside out, and will guide you to the right bottle. Great wines and friends' wines, a fine selection of Loire and even Sarthe crus. Tasting evenings are held throughout the week, by prior arrangement.

Pédro, your cellarman, also offers verrines, chutneys, bruschettas and chocolates made by Atelier Jeantaine (Sillé-le-Guillaume)
La Cave de Pédro will help you discover or re-discover "La Perle des Dieux", the famous cannery of vintage sardines: you never know which tin to choose! The "collector" tins are each more beautiful than the last!
