Éric is the founding wine merchant of this Kiosqu'à vin. He will welcome you and advise you on your choice of wines, whiskies, champagnes and spirits, adapting to your budget, the circumstances or the dish to accompany. He may even have a discovery to share with you... You'll also be served by Guillaume, a qualified wine merchant since 2016, who joined Eric shortly after the wine cellar opened. It's an opportunity for him to live out his passion for taste and gastronomy. With a wealth of experience in the restaurant trade, throughout France and its islands, he can guide you in your food and wine pairings for a meal, a menu or a reception. He also likes to surprise you.
