In the village of Diusse, near the Madiran vineyards, this restaurant charms by its setting and its menu. The room, recently renovated, is surprising in its configuration, with its high ceiling lit by contemporary lamps, this large arch separating the bar from the restaurant, this imposing fireplace, these blinds and heavy double burgundy curtains, the dominant colour here, in reference to the wine. In the kitchen, the chef proposes tempting formulas. At lunch and on weekends, you can taste menus made with local products at very interesting and impressive prices by the parade of dishes! The menu offers local recipes: garbure, oeuf cocotte piperade, coq au vin, sweetbreads... The country bistro spirit is everywhere, the atmosphere is simple and friendly.
