This is an address located 10 km from Le Mans that will seduce you. In the heart of the woods and surrounded by horses, you are 10 minutes away from Le Mans, 2 minutes from the MMAréna stadium, 500 m from a golf course and the heart of the mythical 24-hour Le Mans circuit! Isolated but not too, we appreciate the calm from the outside and the modern comfort (TV, free Wi-fi, company games, washing machines, crockery, dishwasher…) of the house itself. Recently renovated, the hotel welcomes you for a weekend or for a whole week. On the ground floor, you will not be in the narrow area in the large living area with fireplace and American kitchen open by 80 m ²! There are also two rooms. Then climb on the floor where you expect another double room and a huge bedroom (4 or 6 beds). All rooms are comfortable and equipped with en suite bathrooms and private toilets. In total, the accommodation allows between 10 and 12 people for a country break. Outside, the park with its large trees is beautiful. You can enjoy if time allows tables to eat outside, transat for sunbathing and barbecue… A perfect place for a relaxing stay and leisure.
