PARFUM D'ÉPICES
Tradition and exoticism, colours and flavours have been arranged in this establishment. Plates are very worked. The name of the dishes is revealing and makes your taste buds dream: … of Saint, poulet of chicken and exotic butter, ocean...... This is a real departure on the journey. Let us continue with desserts: The chef's speciality is the chocolate tube and its strawberry muslin, but there is also this exquisite Antillean (chocolate muslin, with its heart, banana flambées). You are advised to try Creole plate (29,80 €): home arranged rum, stuffed crab, gambas, acras, Antillean sausage and the cute pork pork mignon…
