MAISON DRANS
The recipe for the famous shortbread was developed in 1932 by the Drans family. Since then, the house has been committed to perpetuating this gourmet tradition. The products used to prepare the crunchy biscuit all come from the region or from France: PDO butter from Charentes, eggs from Loué, flour from Sarthe, sugar from Hauts-de-France and salt from Brittany. They are worked by hand. The shop, fitted out in the Art Deco style, offers the famous shortbread boxes, made of iron and decorated with different motifs. Let yourself be tempted by "a kilo" of shortbread.
