Sabrina and François Bolanos are doing well in their small business. Organic farmers since 2009 in this village in the Sarthe region, they grow fruit and vegetables and develop an organic and vegan catering activity that is now well known in the region. Their credo: a living cuisine! So: fresh, tasty and mostly locavorous. There is also an organic brewery where the beers are sold.
