VENT D'OUEST KLEZMER BAND
As part of the Autumn Concerts, which are scheduled on the last Sunday of each month, the church of Saint-Léonard-des-Bois will welcome the group Vent d'Ouest, an energetic musical group from Alençon and Sarthe. Since the year of its creation, in 2002, these merry men have developed an extremely rich repertoire, composed of trends from Central and Eastern Europe. Jazz, klezmer music (of Yiddish origin) and gypsy music have strongly influenced their compositions. Rodolphe Moutier on accordion, Baptiste Da Silva on acoustic bass, Patrick Vinot on clarinet and sax and Christophe Grisard on guitar. The tunes are catchy, the atmosphere very nice, and the performance, in its whole, really crazy. You will also appreciate the stage performance of these artists. The escape is guaranteed. Only happiness!
