The charming Hotel Chilhar, run by Marie and Fabien Munarriz, offers a warm welcome and a typical Basque restaurant. The cuisine, somewhere between bistro and Basque authenticity, features a land-sea menu, renewed with the seasons and concocted by Chef Fabien, who gives pride of place to local producers and suppliers: Kintoa pig from Les Aldudes, trout from Banka, poultry from Souraide, fish from the St-Jean-de-Luz fish auction... In short, an excellent address that ticks all the boxes in terms of value for money and service.
