The charming Hotel Chilhar, run by Marie and Fabien Munarriz, offers a warm welcome and a typical Basque restaurant. The cuisine, somewhere between bistro and Basque authenticity, features a land-sea menu, renewed with the seasons and concocted by Chef Fabien, who gives pride of place to local producers and suppliers: Kintoa pig from Les Aldudes, trout from Banka, poultry from Souraide, fish from the St-Jean-de-Luz fish auction... In short, an excellent address that ticks all the boxes in terms of value for money and service.

accueil tres froid, on ne peut choisir sa table, il n y a pas de nappe sur les tables,
la cuisine est bonne mais peut copieuse,

Cher(e) madidou, pour choisir votre table, l'idéal est de réserver ! ou peut être de demander gentiment ..... pour ce qui est du nappage, nous n'avons pas la prétention d'un restaurant gastronomique et nos tables sont de très belle qualité nous avons fait le choix de les montrer ....
Et, enfin, nous produits et assiettes sont calculés au mieux dans un souci de qualité et d'économie et de bon rapport, alors si vous voulez de la grande "bouffe" et bien effectivement vous vous êtes trompé d'adresse.
