A gastronomic address for Sillé. Jessy Chassais and his team work on fresh products and, out of respect for the kitchen, they prefer a less important choice, to prioritize quality and freshness that will give you a few moments of happiness. You can choose between a gourmet version or a bistro version. Gastronomy version, for example, you have: Cove eggs with duck fatty liver accompanied by bread mouths, duck plate and home smoked salmon, lotte tournedos, smoked duck cream, and its market vegetables… Brittany is also a comfortable hotel (see housing section).

De l'amuse bouche au dessert, tous les plats sont très bons et joliment présentés. Mentions spéciales pour la terrine de queue de boeuf et l'araignée de porc.
