HÔTEL LE SAINT JACQUES
A gastronomic table in a comfortable hotel. We appreciate the inner courtyard where we can eat under the stars in summer. Cosy room for cold days. You can start, in winter, with a fricassee of Maine snails and mushrooms of the moment, vegetable mousseline and sweet garlic emulsion or a salmon maki with crab and small vegetables, to follow with a grilled duck breast then lacquered with honey and breaded with dried fruits reduced juice and new vegetables or a back of Breton hake, vegetable shortbread tart, reduced shellfish bisque butter. Desserts are not to be outdone!
