A gastronomic table in a comfortable hotel. We appreciate the inner courtyard where we can eat under the stars in summer. Cosy room for cold days. You can start, in winter, with a fricassee of Maine snails and mushrooms of the moment, vegetable mousseline and sweet garlic emulsion or a salmon maki with crab and small vegetables, to follow with a grilled duck breast then lacquered with honey and breaded with dried fruits reduced juice and new vegetables or a back of Breton hake, vegetable shortbread tart, reduced shellfish bisque butter. Desserts are not to be outdone!

Une carte remplie de fautes, obligé de se lever pour réclamer une carafe d’eau, des prix un peu cher pour la « qualité » des plats….
Les plats sont savoureux, bien présenté.
