FÊTE DE LA POMME ET DES PRODUITS DU TERROIR

This event celebrates a common product. The apple is a widespread product, relatively cheap, often consumed, whose varieties guarantee a certain range of flavours. This gourmet festival is organised under the umbrella of the association of the Pomme on the banks of the Loir River, which takes its seat in the town hall of Vaas. The aim of this association is to promote, in particular culturally, the image of arboriculture and local products. The event's Initiator, Bruno Caro, noted the record record of the 2011 edition. The 17 ^th Apple Festival should also be promising and soon attract as many people, if not more, at the foot of the church and in the streets of Vaas. Fruit-filled bins are a delight for eyes, attractive stands and extremely friendly producers. Here you will find the Rubinette, a new variety, a cute and juicy fruit, the Golden, the one that remains most cultivated in France, as well as the Gala. A fair full of colours and flavours.
