Located 7 km from the beaches, between plain and marsh, just next to La Tranche sur Mer, the charming commune of Angles, welcomes in July 2019 the 1st edition "Les Nuits de la Tour". This project, led by the municipality of Angles, brings together more than 250 volunteers. This live show retracing 800 years of history features the Tour de Moricq, which will wake up and tell its story to a few thousand spectators on July 18, 19, 21, 23 and 24, 2019. A show from the Middle Ages to the present day will be performed through authentic character sets, staging and special effects that will contribute to creating intense moments of emotion. Sound, light and mapping will be part of a staging that will bring together 150 extras to make this show a success that will be part of the time to become an important event of your holiday on the South Venetian coast. Do not leave the town without visiting it because it has an important historical heritage such as the Tour de Moricq, the church, a jewel of the Plantagenêt Gothic style and its authentic village heart.
