Taste good pizzas elaborated from the products of Vendée in a pretty room with a modern style.

La Mano Negra becomes La Mano! Attractive modern-style dining room, sheltered terraces on the roof and in front of the facade, plus an intimate patio. On the menu, great pizzas including the delicious Marée Verte with scallops, and the Chèvre Violette (goat's cheese, honey and fig). Vendée products are firmly rooted: smoked tuna from the Ile d'Yeu in the Neptune salad, mussels from Noirmoutier with French fries or potatoes from Noirmoutier, and fillet of hake in a potato cassolette. Save room for the chocolate mousse with a hint of salted butter caramel.

Open April to end September. Low season: open Thursday to Tuesday for lunch; Thursday to Monday for dinner. High season: daily lunch and dinner. All school vacations: open 7/7. Service from 6pm and late in high season. Terrace. Takeaway sales.

WHAT THE LITTLE FUTE THINKS

La Mano has a lovely modern-style room with a beautiful staircase leading to a roof terrace. A second terrace is set up in front of the façade, not forgetting the charming patio. The menu is full of new pizzas: the black goat's cheese with goat's cheese, courgettes, poppy seeds and mozzarella, the Pescatore with smoked tuna and poached egg, or the English one with grilled old-fashioned Vendée ham, and always the delicious Green Tide with scallops and the Veggie pizza. The menu is strongly anchored in Vendée products: smoked tuna from the Ile d'Yeu in the Neptune salad, flour from the Moulin de Rairé, vegetables from the Cueillette du Gois and local beer! From June to September, honour the mussels from Noirmoutier, including those with green pepper, made to order, served with chips or potatoes from Noirmoutier. In the early season, try the grilled sardines from Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie. Other choices include salads or a new dish: fillet of hake from the Ile d'Yeu in a cassolette with potatoes from the island. Save room for the homemade tiramisu or the delicious chocolate mousse with a touch of salted butter caramel.
